We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the center was perfect, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. We especially loved the sitting area and the in-room safe. The staff were extremely helpful and arranged transportation for us to continue our journey. The room service was excellent, and we enjoyed a delicious pizza during our stay.

The coffee in the breakfast buffet, which was not up to our standards. However, this small inconvenience did not overshadow the overall experience.

Excellent service and very helpful staffs. I discovered that I left a lens cap in the room after I've checked out and reached another city. I emailed the hotel and within 4 minutes, they replied my email. 5 minutes later, another email was sent to me to confirm that the item was found and couriered to me without charges. This is a 3.5 star hotel with 5 star service! I'm truly impressed!

There was a power outage for a few hours on two separate days but that was due to city construction and outside of the hotel's control.

We'd like a taxi from Hue to Hoian. The price that the waitress of front desk gave was a little expensive. It was 80dollars and normally it could be 70dollars even in Spring vacation.

clean rooms, helpful staff & nice pool, the glass between the bathroom & bedroom was a great touch (it meant i could watch TV from the bath!), it was exactly what i expected for the price

The hotel is situated in a great location, offering easy access to the city center and nearby attractions. the rooms are well, designed, with some offering a nice balcony and river view. Guests can enjoy a decent breakfast and take advantage of the on, site coffee shop.

The hotel looks new and fresh and the staff was very friendly. However, the breakfast is not recommended.

There is a big window between the bathroom and the main room. Not really nice having the view of the toilet from your bed. The bathroom was also full of ants.

This hotel is very close to all services and city offerings. We were very pleased with our stay.

Staff was kind and facilities were quite good. Rooms are clean and spacious. I did not use the swimming pool but it seemed quite clean.

Breakfast was not as assorted and plentyful as I expected for a four- star hotel: hot-meal station was very short.
